While Brooklyn Brewmaster Garrett Oliver was in Ireland last month for the Kerrygold Ballymaloe Lit Fest, he managed to find some time to sit down with The Locals for a talk about his introduction to the world of beer, some of the most exciting projects bubbling away in the brewhouse, and why Garrett considers Brooklyn Brewery “even more craft now than we were at one fifth of our size.”
