Our brewing family is growing again. Hot off the announcement of HK Yau Brewing Company in Hong Kong, we’ve travelled back around the world to another great global capital: London. We’re proud to announce that London Fields Brewery is joining the Brooklyn Brewery clan.

London Fields Brewery has been brewing in Hackney, London, since 2011. We first met their crew at Visions Festival during our 2014 Mash Tour and immediately fell in love with the neighborhood. Reminiscent of our home in Brooklyn, it’s full of creative ventures of all stripes- food, tech, beverage, music, and more. Over the past six years London Fields Brewery has produced heavyweights like Hackney Hopster Pale Ale, their unfiltered Craft Lager, and the peppy Three Weiss Monkeys White IPA. They have also pursued their central values of blending beer, food and music in a way that completely resonates with us. Between Brewmaster Garrett Oliver and Chef Andrew Gerson’s work returning beer to the table, and our passion for music and art, we saw London Fields as kindred spirits in the global craft beer community. Plus, their artwork is awesome.

Now, we’re lucky enough to roll up our sleeves together and get to work on some new beers in London. Unfortunately, London Fields’ beer probably won’t be available for a few months while we upgrade the brewhouse in Hackney, and find a new production facility for our bottled beers. In the meantime, our brewing teams will put their heads together and come up with innovative beers to expand London Fields’ already considerable offerings. London Fields Brewery will become a true home base in a city that has already long been home away from home for us.

Best of all, we’ll get to hang out, listen to music and drink more beer with all of our friends and loved ones in London. It’s going to be a lot of fun, and we can’t wait to invite you to visit the new digs. In the meantime, thanks for your patience as we get to work. See you soon!
